The Gem Kitchen Project
We so enjoyed the transformation of the Gem's Kitchen. Our team worked to bring the their new vision to life. From the initial design phase to the final touches, every detail was carefully considered to create a stunning result that exceeded expectations.

Much of the existing kitchen cabinets were given a new life in the new wet bar and pantry areas.

Two new windows were installed to bring much desired light into the space.
The Carrison Porch and Back Yard Project
We had some helical pier fun ensuring the Carrison's back yard wasn't lost to the seasonal stream in rear of the property. The existing deck was small with no access to yard. We utilized that existing structure and it was expanded. With a new screen porch and stairs to yard, there is capacity now for multiple sitting areas and family spaces. The addition of fencing, patio areas and walkways make the connections from the driveway to yard to porch. A deck gutter system keeps the lower patio dry for use no matter the weather.
The Tyra Kitchen
With a love for remodeling, Vested's own, Nicole, can't help herself. After purchasing a 1937 home needing some major updates the first project undertaken was the kitchen.

The kitchen is now located where the dining room was.

A new door to the newly expanded back deck provides family members and pets easy access to back yard.

Old cabinets and appliances were donated to a local non-profit for re-use.
